Terms of Use

Add us to Your Contacts We use email to communicate service changes, new dinners, food news, dinner ideas, holidays, etc. It's difficult to get through the spam filters these days so please add customerservice@classymeals.com to your email contacts list to reduce the chances of missing important information relevant to your account.
Pick up your Orders Classy Meals delivers dinners according to your schedule by 3:00 PM. Dinners must be picked up or received for delivery on those days. They cannot be kept by the driver or at the pick up locations and health regulations require us to dispose of unclaimed dinners. You will still be invoiced for any unclaimed dinners.

Allergies

For those people with food allergies, we list all the ingredients we put in the dinners but some of the condiments we use, include small amounts of ingredients the producers don't list. We cannot be responsible for those small amounts.

Holidays

Classy Meals is closed on the following federal holidays but only relevant if they fall on a weekday. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas. We'd be glad to get dinners for you on any days before or after. Please use the My Schedule page to select alternate days.

If your Dinner is not Perfect

To ensure quality, your dinners go through 4 check points on their way to you. Despite our most ardent efforts, very occasionally we slip up and miss putting something in your dinner. ,Should this happen, please accept our apologies in advance and call or email so that we can take care of you in the best way possible.

If You Get the Wrong Dinner

It happens very rarely, but it does happen. Either the person at a pick up location gives you the wrong dinner or you picked up someone else's. Of course we never make mistakes.

Please be sure you pick up dinners with your name on them.

If you forgot to check and did get the wrong one, please call Customer Service at 877-700-7575 x702 immediately so that we can rectify the problem. If it's after hours, please leave a message.

Safety

Each dinner contains fresh food and requires refrigeration until ready to use. Please put it in the refrigerator as soon as you get home and keep it there until you're ready to use it. The dinners are good for several days in your fridge but we recommend you use them within a day or two after picking them up.

Add all the stuff above and the following at the end of the Weekly Membership sign up with the I agree button at the bottom.

Communicate Schedule Changes

So we don't get dinners for you on days you're away, please click on the No Meal button for those dates on the My Schedule page. If you don't tell us, we can't know and you'll be invoiced for those dinners even if you didn't pick them up.

Billing

Please keep your credit card information current. If you get a new card in the mail, please update your account with the new number, expiration date and CCV number.

Price Changes

Food costs fluctuate constantly according to demand, seasonal availability and crop yield. Please note these small changes are sometimes carried through the price of a dinner. Additionally, as part of our commitment to bringing you the freshest, healthiest and tastiest foods, we're adding as much local produce to the menu as possible. As these changes occur, dinner prices may vary in accordance with the local produce market.
